HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All order payments are processed within 1-2 business days. After your order has been processed (WITH NO COMPLICATIONS) shipping takes 4-7 business days approximately. Payments for International shipping are processed within 1-3 business days. After order processing is complete, shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive your tracking number for your order no later than the 4th business day. 

(WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY ORDER COMPLICATIONS) 

 

WHERE WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER BE SENT TO?

Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address linked to your PayPal account that's provided when your order is placed. (PLEASE USE AN ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESS) 

We are NOT LIABLE for any lost or stolen packages after we ship them. Orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS. If your order has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS Customer Support and file a claim using your tracking number.

 ARE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BUSINESS DAYS?

Business days are ONLY Monday-Friday, weekends ARE NOT included. 

 

CAN THE HAIR BE DYED AND BLEACHED?

All of our hair extensions can be dyed and bleached. We recommend seeking a professional coloring expert for all activities involving chemicals. 

 

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO YOU NEED FOR AN INSTALL?

The average person will need 3 bundles for a complete install. We recommend 3+ bundles for lengths 24" and longer.  Each bundle weighs 3.5-3.8 oz.

 

WHAT IS THE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

 Human Hair Extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very serious. We do not allow hair extensions to be returned. We also DO NOT offer purchase cancellations once your order has been placed. All sales are FINAL.
